In this English online training Roos (‘Rose’) Dyson is your teacher. She used to be a showjumping rider and currently she is competing at Small Tour (PSG) dressage competitions.

Although Roos likes to say that your horse is your best teacher, in this training she teaches you how to analyse and improve your posture, balance and movements.

There are 5 parts:

*Alignment and movements

*Vertical balance (straightness and symmetry)

*Enlarging your knowledge, understanding, awareness of your horse and practical riding skills
